Pumpkin Spa Recipes: Pumpkin Face Mask, Pumpkin Sugar Scrub


Exfoliate and pamper your skin with Pumpkin this fall! Pumpkin contains over 100 ingredients that help skin look and feel younger. Pumpkin is high in zinc, which is really good for the skin, high in beta carotene, Vitamin C, Vitamin A. Vitamins A and C are antioxidants.

Nourishing Pumpkin Facial Mask
3 tablespoons of pumpkin. (You may use canned or cooked natural pumpkin )
1/4 teaspoon of jojoba, or almond oil, or coconut oil, or another light oil
1/2 teaspoon of honey
1/4 teaspoon of milk

Spread on clean face as a mask. Leave on for 15-20 minutes. Clean face thoroughly with warm water to uncover a smooth, glowing, youthful complection.


Foaming, Brown Sugar and Pumpkin Exfoliating Scrub ( I LOVE this one!)
1 cup of brown sugar
4 tablesoons of natural pumpkin
1/4 cup of almond oil (or another light oil)
1/4 cup of unscented (or vanilla scented) liquid body soap of choice
1/4 tsp of vanilla

Mix all ingredients together and use to gently exfoiliate your body, rinse in the shower with warm water. Keep remaining product in an airtight container in the fridge.
